ABOUT THE VACANCIES 

1. ZONAL SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER (2 POSTS)

LOCATION: (MWANZA AND ARUSHA)

OVERALL:
On behalf of our client, Q-Sourcing Tanzania Limited is looking for an experienced Zonal Sales and Marketing Manager, who will plan, direct and implement sales strategies and programs to achieve or exceed the sales objectives for the company. The Zonal Sales and Marketing Manager will be reporting to the Head of Sales and Marketing. The Zonal Sales and Marketing Manager must be located in the Lake Zone and will be based in Mwanza and southern zone Arusha.

DUTIES:
▪︎ Develop sales plans, strategies and programs for the field sales team
▪︎ Generate sales of company products in the regions through a team of field sales representatives in order to achieve or exceed the monthly sales targets
▪︎ Conduct regular market visits to check the product and brand coverage, competitor activities and continuously search for new opportunities in order to increase sales in the zone
▪︎ Provide dealer and customers with information about the products and services in order to improve sales in the zone
▪︎ Plan and implement marketing activities to ensure that adequate marketing support through merchandising and promotions is available in the region, in order to provide brand visibility and promote sales in the regions
▪︎ Provide continual training and development of all members of the field sales team and role playing sales at branch level
▪︎ Attend key meetings with members of the sales team, constructors, engineers and Craftsmen to have best ways on how to attack new projects in the central zone
▪︎ Identify key areas for improvement in the sales process to get more sales and meet target set for your team
▪︎ Spot market opportunities for new customers, resident sites, business centre sites and dealers
▪︎ Attend monthly meetings with other senior members of the business to know where we need to change/improve, and work together as team and inter department
▪︎ Attend industry events, exhibitions and conferences to generate new business leads, skills and new strategies on how to tackle the building materials industry and competition
▪︎ Act as a spokesperson for the organisation at sales events and conferences in Lake zone when approved and required to do so, with the aim to advertise the company and its products
▪︎ Network with different related organizations which are regularly running projects and require our products in their activities in order to generate new business relationship, and make sales for the company through connections and business channel
▪︎ Send weekly and monthly field sales report against individual target and report on variances of the area, as well as update the plan for the coming week, month.
▪︎ Regular visits to different leads, customers and potential customers alongside sales executives to understand the difficultness, challenges and feedbacks from these potential customers to help the organization improve
▪︎ Cold call customers and sell services and products through phones and SMS as part of following up the clients

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
▪︎ Bachelor’s Degree (minimum) in Business, Administration, Sales & Marketing or any other related field
▪︎ A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
▪︎ Aggressive and hardworking
▪︎ Previous work experience in sales and marketing (preferably +/-1-2years)
▪︎ Written communication skills to create reports and training materials
▪︎ Verbal communication skills to delegate tasks to staff members
▪︎ Organization skills to manage projects and analyze multiple studies at once
▪︎ Good sales planning, implementing, monitoring and assessing /analytical skills

2. SALES REPRESENTATIVES (2 POSTS)

LOCATION: MWANZA AND GEITA

OVERALL:
On behalf of our client, Q-Sourcing Tanzania Limited is looking for an experienced Sales Representative to be based in Mwanza and Geita. He/She will be responsible for developing the organizations sales strategies as well as attract new customers. He/She will source new sales opportunities and ensure that the organizations overall targets are met through increasing the organizations income, and revenue by mainly negotiating with clients, generating new leads, and managing the sales of products. The Sales Representative will also research sales competition in the market.

DUTIES: 
▪︎ Ensure that the agreed monthly targets are met without forgetting the set target for the field sales, which will be reviewed from time to time
▪︎ Ensure ultimate level of satisfaction to all customer(s) by proving response, service and execution within DCC policy framework
▪︎ Develop meaningful relationships with interior designers, contractors, technicians, real estate developer and architects to ensure repeat and referral business, while supporting company long term goals
▪︎ Set key sales and marketing action plan & performance indicators for the field area, report target in line with plans and strategies on how to reach the goals to the Showroom Manger
▪︎ Direct marketing to new and existing clients through phone, email and personal visit on site as well as develop a customer data base for future use
▪︎ Greet customers on sales site and determines product, type, and quality of product desired
▪︎ Apply theory and related knowledge to present, explain, demonstrate, and sell the product
▪︎ Listen to and resolve all customer complaints and inquiries in an appropriate manner to maximize customer satisfaction
▪︎ Ensure that all product features are displayed in line with the available product stock in an appropriate way which will attract customers
▪︎ Demonstrate products knowledge, suggest selections that meet customer’s requirements and illustrate the similarities and differences between comparable products and explain how these affect the price of the products
▪︎ Explain product features, characteristics and quality of the selected product and selection criteria of the product to customers
▪︎ Maintain administration and relevant reporting and planning systems for your field visit and issue weekly statistical reports to the Showroom Manager on customer inquiries and product selection so as to determine the fast moving products
▪︎ Manage records keeping for your daily customer visits and types of product they select/buy or ask for to develop a customer database for future use
▪︎ Place new product on display and set up advertising displays or arrange products on counters or tables to promote current sales
▪︎ Ensure that the company Motorcycle is kept in good and desirable condition all the time and is serviced regularly as per company policy
▪︎ Demonstrate and maintain after sales service techniques to the customers in order to maintain a good relationship with for business continuity
▪︎ Additional duties may be assigned in relation with the position as required and will be communicated via mail, SMS, phone call or verbally

▪︎ Diploma (minimum) in Business, Administration, Sales & Marketing, or any other business related field
▪︎ Previous work experience in sales and marketing (preferably +/-1-2 years)

On behalf of our client, Q-Sourcing Tanzania Limited is looking for an experienced female Sales Representative to be based in our Showroom in Dar es Salaam. She will be responsible to develop the organizations sales strategies as well as attract new customers. She will source new sales opportunities and ensure that the organizations overall targets are met through increasing the organizations income, and revenue by mainly negotiating with clients, generating new leads, and managing the sales of products. The Sales Representative will also research sales competition in the market.

DUTIES :
