1. HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER (1 POST)

DUTIES:
▪︎ oversees facets of employment practices and employee
▪︎ Responsible of the day to day human resources and administration functions
▪︎ Talent recruitment, interviewing, hiring and staff orientation
▪︎ mediating employee conflict and assisting managers with discipline and termination of employees
▪︎ payroll management,  insurance benefits, medical or disability leave and compliance with labour laws.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
▪︎ A minimum of Bachelor degree in Human Resources management
▪︎ Masters in business administration
▪︎ Must be conversant with labour law and labour
▪︎ atleast 8 years of work experience


2. RECORDS MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT (2 POSTS)

DUTIES:
▪︎ process applications and file records
▪︎ maintain updated files
▪︎ complete all forms
▪︎ answer queries by searching and receiving files

▪︎ process all incoming and outgoing correspondence

3. ACCOUNTANT (1 POST)

DUTIES:
▪︎ complies and analyses financial information to prepare entries to books of accounts such as general ledger accounts,  documenting business transactions to final accounts
▪︎ ensuring VAT. PAYE, NSSF WITH HOLDING TAXES are paid before the due dates
▪︎ prepare standard journal
▪︎ maintaining and controlling petty cash
▪︎ processing of payroll for both casual and permanent employees
▪︎ balancing off inter company ledger accounts and ensuring they are well reconciled
▪︎ analyse daily banking transactions and journal entries
▪︎ reconcile sub-ledger accounts (such as inventory)
▪︎ payroll reconciliation
▪︎ prepare monthly reports
▪︎ verify and reconcile monthly contracts,  orders and vouchers and prepare reports to substantiate individual transactions prior to settlements
▪︎ monitor compliance with Generally Accepted Principles and company procedures
▪︎ reviews,  investigate and correct errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents
▪︎ any other duties to be assigned by superiors

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
▪︎ Bachelor degree in Accountancy/ Finance
▪︎ NBAA intermediate level

4. ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANTS (2 POSTS)

DUTIES:
▪︎ manage petty transactions
▪︎ perform journal entries as per established and statutory accounting standards
▪︎ carry out reconciliation of account general ledger and sub-ledger
▪︎ process payments and invoices accurately and timely as per company's procedures
▪︎ prepare,  reconcile and record the payments
▪︎ prepare and submit expense reports to the Managing Director for approval
▪︎ prepare paid end journals for prepayments, accruals, payments and depreciation
▪︎ perform accounts reconciliation and ensure all ledgers are closed as per company law
▪︎ other ad-hoc accounting duties as per assigned by superiors

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
▪︎ Diploma/Degree in Accounting
▪︎ Atleast 3 years experience
▪︎ strong verbal and written communication skills
▪︎ basic accounting skills


5. STORE KEEPERS (2 POSTS)

DUTIES:
▪︎ ensure internal controls and procedures and safeguards as they relate to the stores department are complied with.
▪︎ ensure proper authorization has been obtained for all materials requisitions
▪︎ monitor the status of slow moving stocks and ensure a Slow Moving stock report is circulated to Management
▪︎ ensure that all purchase order requests are properly documented and accounted for. And approved before  a purchase order is prepared and the items are purchased
▪︎ supervise the day to day functions of the Receiving clerk and ensure that all items received by the company are properly documented
▪︎ ensure that all storage areas are secure,  clean and properly organized
▪︎ prepare annual procurement plan of the company
▪︎ must be willing to work a flexible schedule in order to accomplish the required duties
▪︎ ensure procurement system is well maintained and new users trained properly
▪︎ perform any additional duties as assigned by the superiors

6. SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER (1 POST)

DUTIES:
▪︎ selling our products and services to the potential customers
▪︎ innovate and implement new marketing ideas and business strategies
▪︎ preparing and submitting daily sales plan
▪︎ develop and manage company's strategies to attain or exceed sales plans
▪︎ supervise, develop, direct and lead marketing communication team

7. TRANSPORT OFFICER (1 POST)

DUTIES:
▪︎ planning and prioritization of deliveries using company or hired vehicles depending on requirements
▪︎ planning pickups of purchased materials and finished goods of the company
▪︎ strong coordination and planning with other departments on logistical requirements
▪︎ management of support staff for loading, offloading,  drivers, messengers etc.
▪︎ supervision of the company fleet conditions,  arrangement of service and repairs and preventive maintenance
▪︎ ensuring all road licenses and insurance permits in place, verification of fuel logs.
▪︎ strict monitoring of fuel consumption for vehicles
▪︎ reviewing the tracking system for vehicles to cross check whereabouts of vehicles and observing abnormal behaviour
▪︎ demonstrate ability to lead and manage staff
▪︎ excellent analytical, problem solving and organisational skills
▪︎ ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
▪︎ other duties assigned by superiors

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
▪︎ Diploma/above in Transport Management or any other related field.

8. LEGAL OFFICER (1 POST)

DUTIES:
▪︎ Ensure all legal documents of the company are to be in safe.
▪︎ provide legal advice to the Managing Director in relation to the ordinary business operations
▪︎ review agreements,  contracts, between the company and business partners before the Managing Director to sign
▪︎ settle any disputes on behalf of  the company with business partners and represent the company before the court
▪︎ liase with company's law firms attorneys to get advice  for difficult deals when needed
▪︎ ensuring compliance of the company on all national laws, regulations  and licenses
▪︎ provide support in the discharge of company's secretarial duties
▪︎ review and provide legal advice on tender documents
▪︎ review on going cases and advice Managing Director accordingly

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
▪︎ Diploma in law/ LLB degree
▪︎ minimum 3 years legal experience
▪︎ experience in board matters and drafting of board papers
▪︎ ability to provide independent advice orally and in writing to the Managing Director on highly technical matters
▪︎ high level of professional integrity,  honesty and confidentiality
▪︎ good planning and organizational skills required for the role

9. SECURITY OFFICER (1POST)

DUTIES:
▪︎ to ensure the company's compounds are safe at all times/ to oversee the overall security of staff
▪︎ to be incharge of other security guards
▪︎ any other duties to be assigned by superiors

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
▪︎ form iv or above
▪︎ must be a retired army officer/ police officer/ prisons officer
▪︎ 5 years experience

10. QUANTITY SURVEYOR (1 POST)

DUTIES:
▪︎ conducting feasibility studies to estimate materials,  time and labour costs
▪︎ preparing, negotitating and analysing costs for tenders and contracts
▪︎ coordination of work efforts
▪︎ advising on a range of legal and contractual issues
▪︎ valuing completed works and arranging for payments
▪︎ preparing qualification form for tender or bid document
▪︎ contracts management
▪︎ any other duties assigned by superiors

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
▪︎ Degree level in the related field
▪︎ must be registered by Architectural and Quantity Surveyors Registration Board
▪︎ minimum 5 years of experience
▪︎ excellent verbal and written communication skills
▪︎ fluent in writing and speaking English
