ABOUT THE VACANCIES 

1. ACCOUNTANT 

To ensure day-to-day booking-keeping, preparation of financial reports, provide analysis of financial information, and ensure statutory compliance

KEY DUTIES: 
▪︎ Manage all accounting transactions
▪︎ Petty cash Management
▪︎ Manage accounts payable and receivable
▪︎ Ensure timely bank payments
▪︎ Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
▪︎ Comply with financial policies and regulations
▪︎ Pricing formulation and billing of corporate clients
▪︎ Preparation of business weekly and monthly reporting
▪︎ Preparation and management of payroll
▪︎ Advisory on all financial matters

OTHER DUTIES: 
▪︎ Liaison with Management in the development of financial plans and activities
▪︎ Working with external auditors in carrying out Audit of financial transactions and documents
▪︎ Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
▪︎ Prepare and reviewing budget forecasts
▪︎ Business compliance processes (Business license, permits and operating licenses)
▪︎ Prepare financial statements in time

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
▪︎ Degree in Accounting/Finance. Relevant Professional courses such as CPA (T) or ACCA will be considered in lieu of a degree.
▪︎ Three years of experience in a key role in Finance and Accounts section for a Medium-Sized Company
▪︎ Knowledge and experience of accounting software, preferably SAGE

2. BUSINESS DEVELOPER

OVERALL:
This role is tasked with the acquisition, growth, profitability and retention of key enterprise business accounts.

KEY  DUTIES INCLUDE BUT  NOT LIMITED TO;

New Business Development and Partner Ecosystem Development:
▪︎ Prospect for potential new local and international clients/partners and turn this into increased business.
▪︎ Cold call as appropriate to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities. Visit and meet potential clients and partners by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your people network.
▪︎ Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
▪︎ Sourcing for new clients and partners and building effective business relationships with them
▪︎ Plan approaches and pitches. Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
▪︎ Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion. ▪︎ Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.
▪︎ Respond to client business enquiries, and forward technical issues to IT staff.
▪︎ Respond to Mobile Network Operator enquiries.
▪︎ Customize solutions for clients and draft agreements.
▪︎ Respond to Expression of Interest and tenders.

Client retention:
▪︎ Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships.
▪︎ Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs in a timely manner
▪︎ Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs.
▪︎ Business Development Planning
▪︎ Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
▪︎ Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels.
▪︎ Identify opportunities for campaigns, services that will lead to an increase in sales.
▪︎ Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop ONFON’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.

Marketing:
▪︎ Coordinating and developing marketing campaigns and promotions
▪︎ Devising and presenting ideas and strategies
▪︎ Managing websites and social media
▪︎ Tracking of marketing adverts on all media and performance reporting
▪︎ Monitoring marketing and promotion performance

KEY DELIVERABLES 
▪︎ Generate new business from Enterprise Business portfolio as per set targets
▪︎ Retain existing clients whilst maintain revenue growth of 20% annually

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
▪︎ Degree in Business related course e.g. Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Business IT
▪︎ At least three years’ experience in technology and business development
▪︎ Knowledge of MS Office
