GRA is an all-volunteer 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to bringing hope, joy and abundance in the Mara Region of Tanzania. By sharing ideas, volunteers and financial resources with local, community and women based organizations we seek to promote natural, holistic and sustainable solutions to the challenges of poverty, malnutrition and disease. The inspiration and leadership for our work comes from the communities we serve. Location: Musoma, Tanzania

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 
▪︎ Provide executive support to the Executive Director
▪︎ Act as Iiaison between GRA-Tanzania and partners and stakeholders
▪︎ When directed, attend external and internal meetings on behalf of the Executive Director
▪︎ Carry out other duties that will be assigned by the Executive Director

Qualifications and Experience
▪︎ Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations, finance, office management or related field of study
▪︎ Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
▪︎ Experience in the preparation of budgets and financial management
▪︎ Experience in sales and marketing
▪︎ Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work within a multi-task environment
▪︎ Strong written and verbal communication skills, including demonstrated ability to develop written reports
▪︎ Ability to work independently and Collaboratively as part of a team, and deliver high-quality results
▪︎ High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
▪︎ High written and oral skills communication in English and Kiswahili
