JOB TITLE: ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR
Location: Musoma, Tanzania
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not
limited to:
▪︎ Provide executive support to the
Executive Director
▪︎ Act as Iiaison between GRA-Tanzania
and partners and stakeholders
▪︎ When directed, attend external and
internal meetings on behalf of the
Executive Director
▪︎ Carry out other duties that will be
assigned by the Executive Director
Qualifications and Experience
▪︎ Bachelor's degree in business
administration, operations, finance, office
management or related field of study
▪︎ Minimum 5 years of relevant work
experience
▪︎ Experience in the preparation of
budgets and financial management
▪︎ Experience in sales and marketing
▪︎ Excellent interpersonal skills and
ability to work within a multi-task
environment
▪︎ Strong written and verbal
communication skills, including
demonstrated ability to develop written
reports
▪︎ Ability to work independently and
Collaboratively as part of a team, and
deliver high-quality results
▪︎ High level of proficiency in Microsoft
Office, particularly Excel and Word
▪︎ High written and oral skills
communication in English and Kiswahili
