Job Purpose:

Head responsibility to conceptualize, design and implement creative graphics projects on time and within budget. Coordinate with Brand Champion to confirm marketing objectives. Develop and design layouts advertisements inclusive of copy and images. 

Main Responsibilities:

The successful candidates will be responsible for the following key result areas.

▪︎ Execute a range of marketing – communications design projects, from upper funnel recmitment brand awareness materials including brochures, digital experiences, presentations, and emails.

▪︎ Your focus will be detailed design and production work to bring concepts to life.

▪︎ Solve business problems with creative ‘uniquely MCL’ ideas that enhance our brand 

▪︎ Collaborate with developers and project managers to ensure day-to-day deliverables are met

▪︎ Manage time appropriately to meet established deadlines

▪︎ Maintain awareness of current creative, marketing and design trends, social media, and competitive landscape 

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:


▪︎ University Degree (Commercial. Industrial Art and Design)

▪︎ Proficiency in adobe illustrator. Photoshop. In Design;

▪︎ Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Adobe suite, skills in video editing and motion graphics are an added advantage.

▪︎ Three to five (3-S) years of work experience in agency or in-house corporate setting

▪︎ Mac and PC proficient

▪︎ Highly creative, motivated and detail-oriented

▪︎ Must be comfortable translating verbal ideas into visual concepts, from design and refinement to production-ready work

▪︎ Work well in a collaborative, team-based environment

▪︎ Highly organized, including clear external and internal file management

▪︎ Ability to work onsite is an added advantage




Job Purpose:

To plan, coordinate, control, support and supervise the work of the team of Sales Executives to generate and meet agreed individual and teams’ set company digital revenues and collection targets. To maintain quality service and excellent customer relations.

Main Responsibilities:

The successful candidates will be responsible for the following key result areas:

▪︎ Act as specialist and understand the sales opportunity of Digital properties.

▪︎ Strategize with Sales Management to grow digital ad revenue.

▪︎ Prospect and identify sales leads and opportunities.

▪︎ To achieve targeted revenues and yields by maximizing the revenue generated from existing and as well developing new advertising clients

▪︎ Competitive tracking and analysis to identify and pursue target accounts.

▪︎ Work with sales and marketing team to create and package online programs and opportunities.

▪︎ Work with sales team on sales media plan development, negotiation, troubleshooting, confirming Conde Nast print media policies and inventory and optimization management

▪︎ Handle questions related to media plans, inventory, competitive separation, rates, etc.

▪︎ Responsible for relaying updates on media policies from Corporate to sales team (ex. rate changes, corporate policies). 

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

▪︎ Academic: A Degree level qualification; ideally in a relevant subject e.g. Digital Media etc.

▪︎ 2-3 years of work experience in Advertising sales

▪︎ Strong understanding digital sales and media planning process

▪︎ Ability to develop custom marketing proposals and ideas.

▪︎ Ability to handle details related to client campaigns, optimization and campaign reporting.

▪︎ Proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel.

▪︎ Work well in a collaborative, team-based environment



3. JOB TITLE: Freelance Business Executive Courier

Job Purpose: 

To develop, maintain and increase a solidly dependable client base, to sell courier opportunities and provide an effective service to clients so as to maximize sales volumes and revenue targets. 

Main Responsibilities: 

The successful candidates will be responsible for the following key result areas:

▪︎ Sourcing of courier business in line with the courier sales strategy:

▪︎ Maximizing volume and revenue in cash sales and credit sales for increased profitability;

▪︎ Maintaining good customer relations through regular customer visits;

▪︎ Ensuring prompt debt collection within the agreed credit period;

▪︎ Identifying courier sales agents;

▪︎ Developing courier business and planning for the implementation;

▪︎ and Maintaining close liaison with relevant departments and making monthly sales and collection reports to the Distribution Assistant and Market Development Manager.  

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

▪︎ Academic: Bachelor Degree or Diploma in relevant field from a relevant institution

▪︎ Three (3) years of relevant experience

▪︎ Persuasive ability Confidence and an outgoing personality

▪︎ The ability to build relationships with customers The ability to work under pressure and meet targets

▪︎ Ability to communicate;

▪︎ Report writing skills;

▪︎ and Numeric skills.
